Meet the Team behind ThinkPlay ABA.

ThinkPlay ABA was created to fill a vital gap in the field: combining high-quality clinical care with a supportive, engaging experience for caregivers.

  • As Head of Clinical Services, Sara, BCBA, LBA-NY, is dedicated to ensuring that every goal aligns with your child’s unique developmental milestones. With a compassionate yet focused approach, Sara meets each child where they are and gently challenges them in ways that support meaningful growth.

Sara believes that no two children are the same—and their ABA therapy shouldn't be either. She tailors each plan to fit the child’s needs, goals, and environment, ensuring therapy is as effective and supportive as possible.

With over 15 years of experience in social work and ABA across a variety of settings—including in-home care, schools, clinics, and residential facilities—Sara brings both depth and adaptability to every case she oversees.

Our Mission.

Our mission is to modernize, personalize, and rethink the way we approach ABA therapy—for both children and their caregivers. We believe ABA should be tailored to what best supports each child’s success, whether that means a play-based approach or a more structured plan. But it doesn’t stop there—caregivers are just as central to the process. Your experience matters, and we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.
